The sound quality changes when you don't hold the phone in your hands
If they work, the sound quality is good. But they turn on and off when I'm not holding the phone, making the sound quality very poor. I don't want to do that when I'm running and walking. To me they are practically useless. Unfortunately, I didn't discover this until it was too late to return it.
