This mask was easy to use at first. Just put your foot in the bag, seal it with tape and wait. I did it. Quite easy. Removed in 2 hours according to directions following all directions. I didn't notice any real difference on the first day. The skin is a little tighter and that's it. However, by the third day my heels and balls of my feet were razor sharp. It was like wearing a cactus on your leg. Slight peeling occurred on the 4th day. Remember I also soak my feet 30 minutes a day. Gradually, from the 4th to the 5th day, my legs started to peel off. But it doesn't resolve immediately. It's a segmented crust, like after a severe sunburn. Today is the seventh day. My soles are scaly, mostly smooth. The upper part of my feet are cracked and dry. The whole process just takes too long. I haven't been able to wear sandals for a week and it's the 80's. I think if you do it in winter when you don't want to go barefoot it might work. However, the process is too time-consuming and chaotic for me. I will try another brand next time.
