Very sparkly! for my opinion
There were a few stones that had fallen off. They were in the bottom of the bag so I’m able to glue them on. Otherwise a beautiful tiara. It sparkles in the light and looks good on. My only complaint is thatIt’s very snug and I had to stretch it a bit to make it comfortable
