I love that the shower heads are so affordable. I've decided to give it a try for the new apartment I'm moving to and so far it's pretty cute! I haven't had a chance to use it at the moment, but I've tested it and it looks good. No leaks. The only confusing part for me was the lock nut, it took me a while to figure out how to put it on. The rest of the installation went fine. There are no leaks, both nozzles work perfectly. It's nice to note that as the instructions state, you don't get as much water pressure if you have both shower heads. To help with this I took out the throttle plate/valve. At first it seemed that it couldn't be removed, and the instructions don't explain how (only it says it's possible). I used pliers to remove the white plastic cover, the metal plate in between fell out almost immediately after this, then I used pliers to remove the valve itself. It was really easy, but it might look like you're going to break it - you won't. After taking it out I put it back together and just left it in the box it came in in case I ever need it again. Hope that helps! And you can't go wrong with this purchase. I'll update whatever happens as I use it more.
