Extra is the best docking station I've ever had (and I've had quite a few). The alignment of the controls takes a little getting used to and is a bit larger than most other dual drive docks, but the build quality is great, really solid. Yes, the keys are a little wobbly, but not as bad as some of these reviews suggest - that doesn't mean they won't register when you press them, or that your finger will completely slip off one side of the key. The speed is excellent, it's definitely faster than regular USB. It currently uses 10TB WD Red drives, but I tried an 18TB WD drive (pulled from Easystore) and it worked fine too. when i use it on imac 2020 it looks very good and have had no problems with it so far. Take it!
