I was so excited to try this little solar powered radio when it arrived. It was charged so we could start playing with it right away. It's quite heavy for its small size, but has a lot going on inside. It's 4.75" x 2" x 3.5" and has a fairly loud speaker. It has a flashlight as well as SOS. At the top is a solar panel that's easily blocked by the carry handle. The radio has a rotary dial and You can charge your mobile phone through the USB socket. There is a handle on the back in case you don't have sunshine to charge it,but I will say it's troublesome. It's not too bad to run around a campfire, to charge it.A USB cable for charging is included but no outlet.I left it in my driveway for 4 hours on a cloudless day in the Florida heat and was able to listen to the radio what - it's a time.it is also a bluetooth speaker but i haven't tried that feature.as much as we wish our state had hurricanes this year,i feel good having this little baby by my side.i hope it was helpful.
