These work great but note that standard bolts only grip a few threads if you use the washers/sleeve caps provided. The bars don't fit, so you'll need a longer screw. 2 1/2" is too long and pops out at the top of the bars, the washers at the bottom cause the bolt head to bang against the frame. I couldn't find the 2 1/4" so I used a hacksaw to cut 2 1 /2" short and smooth the ends. This worked great and I got the bolt almost to the top of the riser, which is good given the extra stress on the riser from extra leverage on higher bars.. Use Locktite! I only gave this 4 stars because it was not mentioned in the product documentation or description.
