Very happy with the result of this frame. I was a little wary after reading the reviews because about 50% say "It's impossible!" and the other 50% say "No, it's ok." I'm usually pretty good in packaging and following instructions, so I went with it because I really liked the look. I'm glad I did! I didn't find it that difficult to assemble. It's important that you take your time to make sure everything lines up correctly, but I was able to successfully accomplish this without using any tools other than the screwdriver needed to tighten the screws. I was concerned that some of the frames would wobble around the edges based on some of the reviews, but that wasn't the case as I made sure all the screws went all the way in. Build tip: I found it really helpful to use some other frames to support frames 5, 6, 7 and 8 when attaching them, otherwise they might want to lean down when going on 1-4 (hope this will make more sense in the assembled state). Once bolted on, they were ready to go. TL; DR: If you like collecting things, or know someone who does, and you like the look of this frame, do it! It's a really cool look with frames at different relative depths and is fairly durable, although it might be a bit bulky to carry around.
