The TOUCHBeauty electric callus remover is designed in the UK and made in China. The product arrived in a box that contained: - Rechargeable device - USB charging cable - 3 rough file attachments - User manual Pros: - Rechargeable! - Indicator glows orange when charging, blue when fully charged - Does the job! The instruction manual does not contain any information on where to buy additional rolls to replace files, neither does the product page. I have a similar device but the file clips are not compatible. -File clips don't capture as easily as with my other device. There is a release button on the side, but the file reel has one fixed pin and one with a spring, making it difficult to remove the reel for cleaning. - Without case. - No film protection for files. - The packaging (inside and out) has a strong chemical odor which I previously identified and associated with things from China. I don't know what it is, but it's definitely uncomfortable for me and it provokes migraines and breathing problems, so I threw the box away. (Note: This is important to me as I am sensitive and reactive to chemicals. So yes, this is worth mentioning, especially for people with asthma, reactive airways, chemical intolerance etc.!) 😉 The device came with a small charge so that Charging did not take 3.5 hours as stated in the user manual. I haven't tested it "continuously for 1.5 hours", but didn't feel any noticeable drop in performance while using it. The file heads are really rough and get the job done quickly. When using other similar tools, I find it best not to dwell on one area for long, but to slide it over the foot and return to more resilient areas as needed. Plus, it doesn't require a lot of pressure! Let the roller head and the power of the device do all the work for you. Overall, this is a decent, inexpensive callus remover, and I particularly appreciate that it's rechargeable. However, I prefer the other tool I have over this one because it has a wider and more comfortable ergonomic handle, a pouch for storage, and a protective cover for the reel head. Also, replacement file rolls are readily available for them and I doubt how easy it would be for me to find a replacement for the TOUCHBeauty Electric Callus Remover. The electric callus remover from TOUCHBeauty comes with 3 roller heads, a charging cable and a very short instruction manual - without a case, protective cover and information on where to find replacement rollers and if they are available. This will require research on my part, but this should be provided by TOUCHBeauty and not left to the discretion of the consumer. For this reason I hesitate to recommend it. Conclusion: The device itself works well (at least for now) and is rechargeable, but without the availability of spare file rolls I wouldn't buy it again or recommend it.
