Totally agree with at least one other reviewer. This is not the size promised - ounces and measurements are incorrect. It's very frustrating to order something like this when you already have a bunch of them - you try to get more than what you have and end up with smaller ones! 32 oz fills containers almost to the brim. I would leave more room on top than for freezing liquids like soup. The top edge, the widest part, actually measures 5.75 inches wide and 7.75 inches long. The container is tapered and smaller at the bottom: 4 5/8. "6.5 inches wide. They are only 2 1/8 inches deep. I measured the depth from the inside, not the outside. I would not recommend buying these if these measurements don't meet your needs.
