The edges of the frame are all good enough, but the top of the frame where the apple pencil sits is too flimsy and it slips out of my hand when I try to pick it up and I don't know how long it lasts with of time and use. The second issue is like all the others mentioned here and it's a cheap move that Zugu made with this version and caused the speakers to cut out more unnecessary extra space, so that they can fit iPad Pro 11 inch 2nd and 3rd generation at the same time. So Zugu can save some money by paying a factory in China for a different manufacturing process for two lines of case models, and has decided to fit both iPad generations in the same case, with 3rd generation users ever from this solution benefit. I mean 2nd gen iPad Pro users already made a purchase last year and it was perfect for them so why on earth would Zugu make a new case for new users and still make cut outs for the old gen ? It's cheap and stupid and you're sacrificing users' loyalty by insulting them in this way! Just make a custom case for 11 inch iPad Pro 2nd Gen! And make a special case for iPad Pro 3rd generation 11 inch! And don't be cheap because we pay a high price for it! So pretend to make a premium case! Not one size fits all BS!
