I really like this product. It's like my mom telling me to stand up straight wherever I lay. You need to calibrate it every time you use it. But I think it's good because you're actively involved at the beginning of the day. My only issue is that I almost lost it the second day using the magnet as while it has a strong hold it can easily fall off when rubbing against the jacket or furniture. So now I'm trying to find a way to use it without fear of losing everything together. It won't magically stop your pain, but it will help you stand and sit up straight. By practicing better posture, I quickly noticed a difference in my chronic neck pain. I much prefer using this than the posture straps you wear on your arms. Much more comfortable and I feel it allows you to be more aware of your posture than carrying a bulky device that can feel restricted in normal daily activities.
