My first purchase was exactly like the picture from Revain. This worked as expected. Revain later offered a discounted device with cosmetic damage. I bought the unit at a discount so I can use it as a replacement for the "extended warranty" if my first unit fails. The discounted unit arrived as a clean refurbishment with no cosmetic damage, but it was NOT the unit shown in the photo. This is another product without USB SD player. My front and back photos show the difference in the product. Will have to return the reduced device. Indeed, Pyle is to blame for calling them the same PCM20A model. Cannot trust PCM20A product with USB SD player. The first purchase works perfectly. Inside the metal box is a mix of old and new. The USB SD player is controlled digitally using the buttons on the control panel and the remote control. The rest is old school - a push-pull amplifier, massive transformer irons and analog potentiometers. This is a basic 40W amp, mono, not stereo, for background noise. Worth 4 stars if NOT mixed with the "No Player" version.
