The best thing about certant is its very user friendly interface which has made it easy for me to learn as well as operate this product without any difficulty at all.

There are different reports that can be used by users but some time we want other specific report or information from them so they have not provided us much flexibility here regarding such things like if I am looking out something else then what should i do? This is my main issue when using certan software because sometimes even after searching hard there's nothing new coming up just keep going back to last page only! It would help alot if certification department could provide better service rather than working around their own problems while providing services to others.
