Despite great sound quality and a decent overall package with more products that integrate well with each other, Sonos product management is a mess due to the Sonos S2 app. They constantly show you ads related to Sonos radios and other products, and the ads are placed where you would normally click the UI option. I use their app on iPhone and it usually takes many clicks to change a simple setting. I find it funny that given the price, they don't offer a basic app or physical remote control. At the very least, you should expect the app to be ad-free (there is an in-app option to disable featured products, but it does NOT work).
