Of the four wall controls I've installed, one made an audible buzz when turned on so I returned and replaced it and the replacement works perfectly. All four now work correctly, although I wish the backlight buttons were larger (perhaps by offsetting them relative to each other) and the power button backlight was muted and turned white instead of blue. If you are replacing an existing wall switch, you may be able to save yourself some frustration by ditching the existing screws that attach the wall switch to the junction box and faceplate and using the ones included in the kit. For some reason I can't see, the screws that come with it are a slightly different size and fit properly, while the existing screws don't. It's a little annoying when you're mounting a wall-mounted control box along with a couple of light switches on the same faceplate as the screws might not line up exactly, but it's no big deal. A nice design feature of this wall mounted control is that the DIP switches are located on the face of the switch behind the switch face in their own changeable colour.
