Okay I've never seen a printer set up like this and almost sent it back because they don't explain well. Plain letter-size paper will not fit properly in the tray out of the box, even if you slide the blue tabs. However, there is a third blue latch on the rear left side of the paper tray. Slide it to the left and the back of the paper tray slides out so you can use letter- or legal-size paper (see photo). After that, the paper is loaded normally. That being said, I'm still in the unboxing/configuration phase, but I connect to a wired network, download the driver from their website, and go through the one-click setup and set it up right away. and was able to print a test page.
