Can make popping noises in speakers when power is turned on

Honestly. I expected more. I think the compatibility is acceptable but their driverless design is not perfect. First, every time the computer turns on and off, the speakers come out on my desktop. My original computer didn't have it, but now that I've updated it it does it twice on startup and once on shutdown. The quality is mixed. Sometimes it gets stuck at strange sound due to OS startup and needs to be unplugged and plugged back in. As far as gaming goes, it's passable. When I was using stereo through the computer it was fairly easy to balance com volume with game volume, but with the 7.1 sim it was very difficult to keep one from drowning out the other. The 7.1 simulation opens up the audio a bit to make it seem like the sounds are coming from far away, but when trying to play voice messages at the same time it doesn't work as well. Switching to 2.0 with headphones doesn't seem to fix the issue either. Also, the equalizers are lame, and the main benefit I bought it for was having a volume stepper and source control system to manage audio between headphones and speakers. It happens, but the hiccups prevent me from being completely satisfied.
