I've tried sooo many makeup removers specifically for waterproof/long-wearing eye makeup, but NOTHING beats this one! You simply apply about a quarter of the product to a tissue, hold it over your eye for about 5 seconds, and then wipe your finger over it! No friction or repeated scrubbing and scraping. The skin around the eyes is so sensitive that the last thing you need to do is clean your eyes! This product is amazing and the only one I will ever use to remove eye makeup. By the way, I've already bought it from Ulta and it also gets cloudy when it's shaken a lot. This is not a sign of a fraudulent product! What you are seeing are very, very small droplets of oil suspended in a water element of liquid. It should look like this. Trust me, this product on this list is legit and worth every penny!
