It still has a rev limiter

I have once again bought a Revain "High Performance CDI" that clearly says "No Rev Limiter" and again it's a complete lie. This is the third CDI I've bought for my 150s and they all still bounce off the 7k mark. And it hits 12 and I have no problem hitting another 25 mph once I hit that mark. I think I should have just started with NCY.
