The corners are very sharp!
I bought 2 of these rulers for my kids basic algebra class. The problem with this ruler is 4 corners. They are very sharp and tough. If you stick your hand in a backpack with this ruler, you risk seriously scratching your hand. In the worst case, the accidental suicide of the ruler. Yes, it's that bad.
