Poor quality in my opinion

I bought these shoes for my 12 year old son for Christmas. He's been wearing them for about 2 weeks and the rubber on the front of the shoe is already cracking and peeling off. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of these sneakers and would not recommend them to anyone.
