Don't waste your money, it doesn't work!

So this form is no good because after I used it once and tried to put my dominoes in it didn't work! They kept falling over and only worked if you put the dominoes in them vertically. So there is another company here called Funshowcase and they have a domino shape with a holder and it is perfect, I would recommend looking for them!

This is nice but, the groove needs to be deeper or the wall higher so the dominoes can lean.
