Review on GearIT by Tom Childress

GearIT advertises state-of-the-art AV gear at reasonable costs, however their items frequently fall short of expectations. Their items are subpar at best, and the support they provide to their customers is terrible. I had a hard time navigating their site, and the product descriptions weren't very descriptive, so I wasn't sure what I was getting. I had questions and reached out to customer service, but they were unresponsive and useless. GearIT is a lost opportunity in a market desperate for high-quality electronic goods and customer support.
