It was very easy to assemble, my friend helped me but even if I was alone it would be done in less than 10 minutes. I think it took us 7 because we put the sticks in first. Tip: First hang the hammock on the poles. Literally before we had time to collect it, my kitty started attacking the ball and bars. If you're on a fence, do it. It smells a bit funny but nothing out of the ordinary, it will probably go away in a day or two. I'll report wear and tear later. {Update: less than 24 hours} The ball is already gone, but it doesn't bother me too much. I thought it wouldn't be long! The kitten has already gone to the den, I'll definitely report later, just think I'll mention the ball in case people need all the details.
