Great boots, not great service.
Great shoes. Not great service. My 7 year old loves them and they fit great. Comfortable and durable. A 2 year old likes them too but I keep getting the wrong size for him, I don't know what the problem is. I ordered size 9 for toddler twice and got size 13 both times. I've waited as long as I could as a busy mom and haven't been able to speak to anyone who could help. Another great product, however customer service could use a little more work.
