The docking station gave me problems from the start. I kept getting the message that one of the two monitors was not HD compatible, even though both the monitor and the cable socket were for HDMI. So I had to be content with a VGA connection. Not good. A month later I started having problems with my wired mouse. This wouldn't have worked if I hadn't unplugged the USB cable and plugged it into the docking station every time I turned on the computer. Today everything just stopped working - the monitors went off, the mouse and keyboard didn't work, the ethernet cable didn't work. Thank goodness there is WiFi, otherwise I wouldn't be able to work. Talking to Targus they send me a new dock as it is still under warranty after only 6 weeks of use but I have to send the broken one back first and they claim it takes them 2 WEEKS to process it. Then they send a new one. Bottom line, it will be a month before I get a new dock if I'm lucky. I really regret I ever had this thing, it couldn't stand the strain of 2 monitors, a laptop and a printer. Had to pay and get a Dell docking station.
