Review on Corki Double Lock On Mountain Bike Grips for MTB and Downhill Riding by David Perez

Good at first but cheap in the end - Long term update

Update 09/09/20 - Honeymoon is over. They went easy and got the job done first. I can say they are well fixed on the bars and don't move at all which is good! But. Any moisture on them will make them extremely slippery. Whether your hands are sweaty, riding in the rain, or accidentally spilling some water on your hands while drinking, expect these grips to be SUPER smooth. After 400 miles the pattern began to noticeably wear off the pins. I am now at 538 miles and the pattern has completely disappeared in places. So think of them as a piece of clothing (which you should be), although I would have thought I'd get an entire season from a set. After all, I would buy them again and again, especially considering the price. The biggest downside, in my opinion, is how slippery they get when they get wet. That smoothness almost resulted in a few swipes as I lost my footing. It was with and without gloves. I don't know if there are problems with other colored versions of this model (I have black ones). A set of locks this time. I'm not disappointed in them at all! Especially for such a price! Installation was easy, they fit snugly and stay in place. The texture is nice and not "too" sticky when I'm not wearing gloves when driving.
