Spring doesn't hold a brush of any size!
The spring on top of this device doesn't work at all. That's why I bought it. But the brushes come straight from the pen. The only thing that works (partially) is a small metal scraper, but it really is a waste of time because washing dirty brushes with soap and water and then shaking off the remaining water works a hundred times better than just scraping the surface. Metal V shape. The slots in the box actually work better to hold the cleaned brushes in place as they dry. Now this gadget is in my closet. Should have been sent back. I wasted my money.
