My husband travels a lot and carrying a bag over his shoulder causes pain in his neck and arm. He wanted a more convenient yet professional carry-on bag. We did a lot of research in our price range and this bag was the right size with comfortable straps and a professional look (others have commented that it doesn't feel like a college student backpack like some do). Additionally, reviewers noted that the bag had no issues with other bags in this price range, such as the B. bad smells, skin color that changes when wet, or stiff straps. We've had the bag for almost 3 months now and it looks great and although it's only just beginning it seems to be of great quality and easy to carry so we're hoping it will last and stay in great shape. Very happy with this bag. Update almost 1 year later: the bag still looks great and works great, however my husband had issues with the lighter work shirts which frayed a bit from the leather straps. Oxyclean removes it with a quick soak when regular washing doesn't help, but simply passing it over when you sweat or rain and your skin or clothing gets wet can cause color transfer from leather to light-colored clothing. . It's not a deal breaker for us, but we thought we'd mention it in case it was for a potential buyer.
