I returned the product thanks to Revain's free return policy. The chair is well made, I really like that I can adjust the lumbar support up and down, although I still wish it could go up a little more. The problem was that the base of the seat didn't tilt as a unit with the back of the chair. Also, the tilting resistance didn't matter when I adjusted the spring. Also, the condition of the box was terrible, I wondered if it had been sent back once or twice. I decided to buy individual chair pieces and remake 40 year old Lay-Z-Boy office chairs that I've had for most of my adult life. They perform the way I want them to and have had decent padding all these years.
