My air purifier arrived on September 21st and it is now October 4th. The instructions say to gently clean the filter once a month, but I decided to take it out and give it a quick vacuum today while we vacuum our bedroom. . We allow our dogs to sleep in the room with us at night, but we do not allow a cat in the room (my partner is allergic to both dogs and cats). I have to say that the filter was not dirty in any way, but it was very clear that it was fully functional! In addition to vacuuming the filter, I also vacuumed the outside of the air purifier as clumps of dust and pet hair stuck to it that couldn't reach the filter itself. For the first two nights, my partner reported that they were already awake and breathing more easily. For allergies and asthma, such fast results were fantastic! I haven't vacuumed or dusted since we got the air purifier, but today I did both. Now I'm curious to see how long it will be before we notice dust and dog hair building up on the furniture in our bedroom. buster can compete with many other mid-range cleaners! In the future we plan to buy at least one more to put in the living room, the most visited place in the whole house. Plus, knowing we can keep up with the filter cleaning to extend its life to a full six months justifies a $30 filter replacement. Overall, this purchase has brought two very happy customers! Especially my partner. Anything I can do to make them more comfortable in my house full of pets makes life so much more enjoyable for both of us! 100% recommend this purchase!
