Well, when you work from home, there are a lot of important things. I've been working from home for 5 years and I know the difference. That said, it's the perfect chair for all ages, I'm a little older and love the extra comfort features and great ergonomics. Nylon mesh, 3D PU armrest, excellent lumbar support and skate style wheels, ask my kids what that means as we are all indoors and they skate and use hoverboards. The chair is easy to move around the office without having to get up. The double mesh saddle pad is designed and shaped to best fit the shaft. Haha It is also equipped with an excellent adjustable system that includes an adjustable headrest, backrest, armrest, seat height adjustment, swivel mechanism and recline mechanism. Its purpose is to increase performance. It includes instructions on how to watch the installation video. Also provide another feature usage video to help you use the chair correctly. You don't really need it, the instructions were good, it took me about 15 minutes to assemble. Comes with all the tools you need if needed, just a great chair and I love it more than any chair I've had in five years.
