I'm pretty sure it's junk and I have to return it. I washed them, wet my face and neck and was disappointed that I couldn't get them to sink in. Then, finally, one sucked in and stayed on my forehead. It wasn't slipping so I took it off and found a HUGE ROUND BRUCE had already formed! There must be a certain amount of time between sticking it on my face and damaging it in less than 20 seconds. I think the silicone is too thick so it takes too much vacuum to suck them in - too much for the face at least. UPDATE - turns out the big silicones are VERY VERY relaxing for the fascia on the legs and arms. They feel great and are pretty easy to make yourself. If you had help this would probably be a good back and shoulder treatment. I still think they hurt the face too easily to come without additional warning. I also marked my neck and the cups never sucked hard and never stopped sliding. So I'll increase the stars I gave a little bit. I won't use them on my face or neck but I think I'll enjoy them for foot and hand massages.
