Looks solid but some long term issues
Looks great and feels sturdy. However, I have concerns about the quality of construction in the long run. The bolts holding the shafts together aren't straight, but that seems correct most of the time when assembled. Even the screws showed signs of rust after unpacking. Also, most spot welds on the upper basket show signs of rust before or possibly after powder coating. I can easily see that this may need fixing in the future, especially if you live in a humid or rainy climate. If the rust gets worse I'll upgrade in the future but for now I'm happy but slightly disappointed with potential failures due to rusty welds and crooked bolts.
