Although I DO wish the instructions were step by step, as opposed to a diagram.Installing this went very smoothly.until I ran into an issue with the brass coupling on the cold water lever. The hose would NOT screw into it. The 3 other hoses fit perfectly in place.Frustrated, I contacted the manufacturer and explained my problem. I honestly didn't expect to hear back from them for several days, but they reached out to me within hours!They requested my address and shipped me a new cold water lever!I've not yet installed the lever, but I HAVE tested to see if the hoses fit into the couplings, and they do!
