All my life I have struggled with some type of acne in my youth, it was on my face but as I got older I got very painful cystic acne on my back, chest/neck. .I went to a dermatologist who started prescribing antibiotics/special soaps/medication. Needless to say I didn't want to spend that much and figured I'd just sort it out. I saw an ad for this product on Facebook and decided to try the shower gel. Within a week I noticed a difference. The pimples healed and there were no relapses/relapses. I loved it so much that I ordered the full wash/scrub/lotion set as listed here and of course another bottle of shower gel. as with this material, it foams well, has no offensive odor. When I'm in the shower, I lather it up and leave it on for 15-20 seconds before rinsing it off. Seriously, if you're having trouble or wondering whether or not to buy this, do yourself a favor and give it a try. In my case, to my knowledge, this is the only soap I will ever buy.
