I upgraded from a Fitbit Charge 2. It definitely has its pros and cons. This is a great and inexpensive way to have a smart watch. I have small wrists so I don't need a big watch but this one is thin. Has most of the features of a smartwatch, just you can't speak or type (but you can react quickly). Has regular reminders to move, can track sleep, stress, breathing, movement, etc. This is where the cons come into play. Keeping track of all your steps doesn't do a good job. I can walk and he will tell me to move. (Really?!) You're not good at counting steps when you're pushing a cart (or maybe a stroller) or carrying something in your hand; They pretty much need your arm to swing by your side. The Charge 2 counted everything, but at least this one gets you moving more! Haha I ended up leaving it as I love smartwatch features but if you don't care and you want an extremely accurate fitness band I would look elsewhere.
