Review on 🍾 Champagne bObsweep PetHair Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop by Gary Davis

We have 2 large dogs and although they have shorter fur they shed all the time. To keep up with daily cleaning I ordered one of these units about 6 months ago and am very glad I did. I'm actually so glad I bought a second unit upstairs. From my point of view, a few key points stand out: 1. The cleaning power is really impressive! I was expecting this to be good at "deep cleaning" dog hair with the post once a week in between, but my goodness, I was surprised at how much these devices pick up. The main and side brushes allow Bob to reach every nook and cranny along the baseboard, into the corners and especially under the beds. In addition, the oversized hopper allows you to collect a massive amount of debris with every launch!2. Modes and speeds are a huge benefit. We have both carpet and hardwood, but Bob does a great job with them. Using surface detection sensors, it recognizes the type of floor it is cleaning and adjusts itself to achieve the best results. It makes slower movements to pick up all the dirt in the carpets while moving faster across the wood. In fact, Bob is not just a robot vacuum cleaner, but an intelligent vacuum cleaner.3. Customer service has been exemplary from day one. I'm an account manager for a large marketing company so customer/user interaction is one of the things I look at in every interaction with a brand and my experience with bObsweep has been fantastic. While the products did an excellent job, we encountered a few issues. For example, one of the devices had a side brush failure shortly after delivery. Shortly after I submitted the contact form, Jan, my customer service concierge, took the case, diagnosed the problem, and sent me the necessary parts and related resources to help me with the repair. In addition, it checks the status of my Bob modules to make sure everything is working properly. A really great brand experience that consistently exceeds my expectations. Overall, I can't say enough good things about my experience with bObsweep, but it was definitely a great purchase!
