My Banglijian aids had worked excellent for a year, then I thought that I had a problem with one of my Banglijian aids. I wrote to them, and they immediately took steps to fix it. The offered to replace it, and sent a pre-paid UPS label. To be certain, I did the wax cleaning again with a different tool and very carefully.Presto! The lesson is that cleaning your aids carefully is important. I really appreciated their prompt response.
