What have I done? I'm addicted to this knee pad! Now I can never sleep without it! I sleep on my side and have horrible knees and hips (maybe this isn't a coincidence). I was in excruciating pain and discomfort when trying to sleep. My knees seemed to press against each other and my hips were misaligned, causing pain that lasted until I woke up the next day. Add a new herniated disc, voila! I was in a mess! Enter the holy grail knee pad! Perfect! It's the perfect stiffness and thickness to separate my knees (I'm 5 inches, 140 pounds) at just the right height. I think this adjustment helped with my hip pain as well. Velcro closure on strap. Very comfortable - does not bind. Nice, breathable material. The cover can be removed so it can be washed and things stay hygienic!
