This isn't advanced math, but it does require some skill that not everyone has. I haven't had any issues other than seeing those tiny screws under the screen inside the iPad itself. All the tools were there, took me about 45 minutes and I'm sure I can do it again. The product instructions were detailed and correct and I liked that they have everything you need except for a hair dryer. Yes, the dryer is strong enough to handle this task, a hair dryer would be overkill.

I had nothing to lose so I decided to give it a try. Although replacing the digitizer requires a skilled hand, I still managed to do it myself and the result is amazing! This quality product restored our iPad Air to its former glory and for only $20 rejuvenated what should have gone in the bin. Recommendation - watch a YouTube video before trying it yourself. This product worked exactly as advertised.

The screen is exactly what you expect. The tools that come with it are great and just what you need. Instructions are good for the first half of the process, but they become very rough and sporadic in the second half. The instructions made it difficult to figure out the cables and how to install the new screen, so I had to watch YouTube videos to make sure I installed everything exactly where it was supposed to be (the cables broke when I removed the old screen , so I couldn't just plug and…
