The screen is exactly what you expect. The tools that come with it are great and just what you need. Instructions are good for the first half of the process, but they become very rough and sporadic in the second half. The instructions made it difficult to figure out the cables and how to install the new screen, so I had to watch YouTube videos to make sure I installed everything exactly where it was supposed to be (the cables broke when I removed the old screen , so I couldn't just plug and puff, use old cables to get away). Unfortunately, the new screen had a crack that wasn't visible until I saw it on a black iPad, and I didn't see it until I was already busy replacing the new screen after removing the old screen. At this point I had no choice but to proceed with replacing the screen as the old one was further damaged upon removal. I contacted the seller who requested a video and order number for a screen replacement. We are currently awaiting submission of a new screen. So far the seller has been accommodating and easy to deal with so fingers crossed a new screen has arrived and it's easy to swap out a second time. *Update: The seller has sent a new replacement screen in the mail. Haven't changed it yet but looks good!
