This tie waist dress is such a flattering fit. The balloon sleeves are very feminine and the tie at the waist cinches me in. I find the length to be perfect for my 5’7 frame, but found the sizing to be a bit small. I’m 155lbs, size 2/4 and wear a XS/S in everything. I ordered a small in this dress and it’s quite tight across the bust. There is a bit of stretch in the material so I can get it to zip, but I worry about the zipper pulling open. I would suggest sizing up.
