I had this product for a while before finally deciding to use it. I bought this for a feather tool, specifically for the upper lip area. I was sure it wouldn't work, or worse, it wouldn't work AND it would hurt, but to my surprise, it was pretty easy to master. At first this feeling will shock you a little; It's like using tweezers and pulling out deep, thick hair. I thought so, but after a few rolls the pain subsided. I experimented a bit with it, the direction wasn't entirely clear, but I'm happy with the result - my upper lip is almost hairless. Highly recommended
