Don't waste your money. It's unreliable until it just dies, and is best used as a paperweight or doorstop. I bought one of these for a longer trip abroad. He seemed to work for 1 week and then he died. Customer service was a joke. Her suggestion to fix this was to plug it in and leave it overnight. So much time was wasted on it just to use my data from another source which I was trying to avoid. I paid $165 for the device itself, $90 for data, some of which was unused after death, and a $20 protective case. It didn't serve its purpose as a reliable way to support Wi-Fi, so it's nothing more than a $275 paperweight that's not even fun to look at. At best, he was temperamental and then just died. Save time or money and look elsewhere.
