Review on NOVICA Spanish Elegance Brown Colonial Style Tooled Leather Ottoman Cover - Filling Not Included by Jaclyn King

I have to say that I was not happy with my experience with this ottoman. Received it quickly in line with the estimated delivery time and it looked exactly as shown in the listing. It's well made and finished, but the hole you put the filling in is small and it's difficult to get anything in to fill it. I was also concerned about how to thread the leather strap once it's darned. It comes with a leather strap that laces nicely through the 3 or 4 holes at the bottom, but you have to undo them to put the padding on and there's no way to weave the strap like the manufacturer did since you must grab him from the inside and drive through again. I sent the seller two questions about this and didn't feel like I got any helpful answers. They seemed a bit rude in their answers. This ottoman cost $164 total and some loose change, and for that kind of money I expected a little more attention to my issue than what I got. I was told to just lace it up like shoes. Well I didn't like the way it looked. So I just sent it back. After that I found the one pictured in my review. It's bigger, it's a real Moroccan leather stool sent from Morocco. I found it on Etsy and received it quickly. It has a zip closure at the bottom and there is plenty of room to stuff and zip it up easily. The zipper is nice and strong, so you can stuff it completely and don't worry about the zipper breaking. It looks exactly how I wanted it and for a fraction of the cost I paid for it. I am very happy with my new purchase and the customer service I received from the seller on Etsy!
