I have to say that I was not happy with my experience with this ottoman. Received it quickly in line with the estimated delivery time and it looked exactly as shown in the listing. It's well made and finished, but the hole you put the filling in is small and it's difficult to get anything in to fill it. I was also concerned about how to thread the leather strap once it's darned. It comes with a leather strap that laces nicely through the 3 or 4 holes at the bottom, but you have to undo them to…
