They are so cute. I wore what looks like a chain of diamonds in my regular cartilage piercing. They were a little tricky to hit, but I guess that goes for any little gem like this. Not only was it interesting for me that the ball can be unscrewed, but also the decorative side. So if it is more convenient to feed the other way around, then there is an option to just unscrew the diamond part instead of the ball. I don't know how long they will last, but I think they're good for the price.
