Review on TCA Boys' Active Compression Sleeve Thermal Clothing - Enhanced SEO by Neil Bodell

Works as expected, great price, will buy again

I am a 6'4" tall adult male with a slim build, 42" chest and 16"/35" shirt size. I bought a large size and it fits as expected for a compression shirt. The sleeves and torso are quite long and the flat seams and contrast stitching look nice. I bought them mainly to wear under short sleeves and/or to do sports. It's comfortable and warm when worn as a base layer under a jacket or other long sleeve shirt, but alone, when you don't exercise. Compared to a long-sleeved cotton shirt or "real" thermal underwear, I felt a little colder because it's not thick at all. So I'd say it's more of a UA HeatGear competitor than thermal underwear. (It's definitely cheaper than UA.) It helps keep your muscles warm during workouts, absorbs sweat, and protects your hands from the sun. I would consider wearing it under ski jackets due to its breathability, but I don't think it will keep you warm in cold weather unless you generate a lot of heat yourself. The color (dark blue) was exactly the same. I expected and I will buy more. s HeatGear should be considered thermal underwear.
